1General Terms
By accessing the B-IT website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2Client Agreement Terms
The contractual relationship between B-IT and the client begins once the project details are agreed upon and the quotation is signed or electronically approved.
The client must provide all necessary information and content required for project execution according to the agreed timeline.
3Payment Methods
B-IT accepts the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer
- Credit Card (Visa / MasterCard)
- Cash Payment
Payments are divided into two phases:
- 50% upon signing the agreement or approving the quotation
- 50% upon delivery of the final project
4Refund Policy
The client has the right to a full refund if dissatisfied with the quality of the delivered website or system, provided a valid and clear reason is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Requests that involve modifications or redesigns after final delivery are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
5Intellectual Property
All designs and software delivered by B-IT remain the company's property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, full ownership of the project is transferred to the client.
6Support and Maintenance
The company provides a free technical support period of 30 days after delivery to address any bugs or technical issues.
Additional maintenance contracts can be arranged with monthly or annual fees as per the client's request.
